ABOUT US Woody's CDL Services LLC Has been in business since 2000 as an Authorized DOT Third Party Tester. Feb 7th 2022, Federal law changed so that all CDL applicants need ELDT (Entry Level Driver Training), in other words; schooling. Starting in January Woody's CDL Services LLC will be a full service ELDT Provider school from start to finish. SCHOOLING THROUGH TESTING Class room (theory) done online.
